ASSESSMENTS DUE BY JUNE 30, 2026
The assessment amount for FY26-27 is $210.00 per property. Assessments are due by June 30, 2026. Payments made prior to June 1st will be held until after June 1st so that they are credited to the correct fiscal year.

HALLOWEEN DECORATING CONTEST
Thank you to all of our many neighbors for the fun and creative displays! It was a lot of fun walking and driving through the neighborhood, seeing all of the festive decorations. Congratulations to our 2026 Halloween Decorating Contest Winners!

ANNUAL QAV PICNIC
The Annual QAV Picnic was held on Sunday, September 14th at the east end of Crickett Hill Dr. A group of neighbors, adults and kids, enjoyed the afternoon visiting, eating, and playing. Burgers and hotdogs, soft drinks and condiments, were provided by the HOA, with side dishes and desserts provided by neighbors.
