ANNUAL MEETING AND ASSESSMENTS
The Annual Meeting was held on Monday, June 2, 2025, 7:00pm. The meeting was held online via Zoom.
Copies of the Meeting Minutes and the FY26 Budget were mailed to residents in September.
ASSESSMENTS DUE BY JUNE 30, 2025!
The assessment amount for FY26 is $210.00 per property. Assessments were due by June 30, 2025. If you have not yet paid your dues for FY26, please do so immediately, so that we have the funds to meet our financial obligations.

HALLOWEEN DECORATING CONTEST
Thank you to all of our many neighbors for the fun and creative displays! It was a lot of fun walking and driving through the neighborhood, seeing all of the festive decorations. Congratulations to our 2026 Halloween Decorating Contest Winners!

ANNUAL QAV PICNIC
The Annual QAV Picnic was held on Sunday, September 14th at the east end of Crickett Hill Dr. A group of neighbors, adults and kids, enjoyed the afternoon visiting, eating, and playing. Burgers and hotdogs, soft drinks and condiments, were provided by the HOA, with side dishes and desserts provided by neighbors.
